For more than 30 years, Visible Light Ministries has championed the cause of restoring the arts, media and entertainment to the Kingdom of God and His purposes. Anti-God, cultural revolutionaries daily assault the Church and Christian values through the misuse of arts and media. They increasingly promote hedonism and anti-Biblical values and lifestyles to a global audience. Visible Light founders - Domenic and Charlie Fusco – have made this arena their personal mission field.
Visible Light Ministries Evangelistic Outreach is Three-fold.
1. To personally evangelize and support a distinct demographic: culture-shapers within the arts and media community. Whether working with professionals or aspiring artists in classroom or seminars, on location in production in the marketplace, in Church/ministry gatherings, or through social media contact, Domenic and Charlie model and share the message of Gods love, truth, goodness, and beauty. The Fuscos have tirelessly used their talents, resources, expertise, influence, and spiritual gifts to reverse negative influences in the industry. Their priority is to evangelize this mighty band of propagandists changing them into true artists who glorify and serve the Lord with their talents and skills.
2. Producing inspirational teaching materials which support Christian ministries and are useful in sharing the Gospel in varied settings around the world. Specific materials are listed under About the Founders and described in detail in the following pages.
3. Assisting churches, ministries, and missions who are facing ever-evolving social media demands has been and remains a key mission and ultimate goal of Visible Light Ministries. A partial listing of media produced in support of ministries around the world is provided in the section titled Media Production for Ministries. Note that Visible Light Ministries pursues its mission of unity by fully supporting the entire Body of Christ with its services.
The high priestly prayer of Jesus in John 17 is the underlying inspiration and foundation of Visible Light Ministries’ entire body of work and outreach.
I pray not only for these,
but also for those who believe in Me
through their message.
May they all be one,
as You, Father, are in Me and I am in You.
May they also be one in Us,
so the world may believe You sent Me.
I have given them the glory You have given Me.
May they be one as We are one.
I am in them and You are in Me.
May they be made completely one,
so the world may know You have sent Me
and have loved them as You have loved Me.
Holman Christian Standard Bible
It is because of the Fuscos’ passion to see this prayer of Christ realized that they were drawn into fellowship with the Communion of Evangelical Episcopal Churches with whom Visible Light Ministries is a recognized member.
CEEC was created by the convergence of the Evangelical, Charismatic/Pentecostal, and Sacramental traditions. In contrast to a denomination, a communion expresses the organic unity that Jesus Christ originally established in His Body, the Church. Rather than emerging from divisions created by historic differences over doctrine and practice, a communion represents a return to unity based on the recovery of the essential oneness of the ancient, medieval, and contemporary church: Scripture, Spirit, Sacraments and Service.
